    The North Northamptonshire Complex Lives group supports colleagues working with individuals who have complex needs involving multiple agencies, potential co‑morbidities of physical and mental health issues, and/or substance use, or where the person is at significant risk but does not meet the threshold for a Safeguarding Enquiry or an ARM. Referrals can be made to the panel when practitioners require support from senior managers or service leads to provide guidance and help remove barriers to progress.
